11 But Christ being come an high priest of good things to come, by a greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with hands, that is to say, not of this building;
12 Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us.
-Did you catch that in verse 11? Paul makes a comment that the tabernacle in Heaven is not made with hands, but then is quickly corrected by the Holy Spirit. The Heavenly Tabernacle and indeed everything in all of creation have been made by the very real hands of God. “The phrase “not of this building” indicates that while God does have hands, they are not the clumsy, uncertain hands of a mortal; but rather the perfect, divine hands of the Almighty Himself. Hands that have never made a mistake, hands that can be depended upon to lift you out of life’s harshest circumstances, hands that will forever bear the scars of our redemption.
